So, DA:I takes place in 9:41. Not sure if we know how long it goes for.

Last Flight, the modern day section anyway, takes place in 9:42.

Is this just a timeline mishap? Or did a book that actually takes place after Inquisition come out before Inquisition? I remember there was mention of the Orlesian Wardens being AWOL in Last Flight but...I would think Hawke/Stroud/Alistair/Loghain whoever would have reached Weishauppt with word by then, wouldn't they?

its heavily implied that last flight takes place right before inquisition... and it has to be a timeline screw up, as it was my understanding that cassandra interrogated varric in 941 and by the time they got to haven it was 942... idk if that means it took them a full year or just 3 months, either way i thought inquisition was in 942

All of the dates given only go up to 9:41, and the future timeline of In Hushed Whispers has the date as 9:42, a full year after they were flung forward in time. Similarly, Cassandra interrogated Varric in late 9:40 Dragon. It's 9:41 by the time they reach Haven.
