cant import ME1 Shepard

Just load up the came and when I tried to use the IMPORT function it tells me "No CHaracter Data Found". I went back to ME1 and started a new game and choose "select exisiting ID" and found several (all of my characters) but I am still getting "No CHaracter Data Found" on ME2. any help?

I went back, load my level 60 Adept, played the last bit of ME1 thru the end (about 4 mins), then tried ME2 again. That Shep is there now in the import, but only that one, I have 4 lvl 60 Sheps. But it worked so alls good. Thanks yall.

Yeah, but that only works if you still have ME1.
