95 hours of gametime and the ending was "meh". (SPOILERS)

I've invested 95 hours in this game, and it really had those moments in the game I was looking for,

but the whole ending seemed so .. I don't know, empty?

There was really nothing there.

No huge battle with loads and loads of enemies,

no awesome cinematic with the friends I had with me, not even Varric commentating on anything.

Did I do too much? Was I suppose to leave some friend-quests behind me just to see -something- happen in the end?

Flemeth said hi and "died" 20 minutes after.

Corypheus army was like .. 5 enemies? (I chose to follow the elf guide at the temple),

and when he died, everything just.. stopped. Nothing.

When everyone was gathering in the hall after the last fight, I was waiting for the actual last battle,

the demons arise inside my walls, corypheus lying in my bed with cassandras head on a plate. Something!

I don't know, I really liked this game, but it really felt like there was no ending to it. Or that it was too weak for the rest of the game.

I have 200 power left over. Enough said.

As someone said in another thread, the actual finale is the Well of Sorrows. It had that feel, didn't it? Think of Coryphenis fight as an epilogue of a sort, with the big party the actual goodbye. Anyway, more story is bound to come to tie up the game.

Well, not if you chose to follow the elf guide. Then there's no real ending-feel to it.
I guess if you didn't follow the guide you would have more of a battle ahead of you, and that would fill my needs for an okey ending.
I guess my biggest frustration is the lack of a great cinematic, or just a response to me getting every single friend unlocked.

The problem is Corypheus is a one-dimensional Emperor Palpatine wannabe without the cunning.

He has no emotional connection to the Inquisitor the same way Loghain, Malak, or Master Li had.

I think sealing the Breach was a big mistake.

I agree with the Master Li comment but, it felt like Loghain and Malak( In my humble opinion) were holding signs that said I'm the bad guy go ahead and hate me( not that Cory isn't ).

Loghain was a nice subversion as you realize, if you bother to spare him, all of the villainy was actually just incompetence.

Malak was a generic Sith Lord but he had a personal connection to you and a couple of fun moments of pathos.

Corypheus is just a hate-sink.

Then again, I've got to say I may be biased because I've never much cared for his look either. If you're going to be a wannabe Skeletor, at least look badass.
