I know it's a very slim chance, but I'd love to see Bioware patch in some more hair options. The hair options for Qunari are abysmal, and the options for everyone else are pretty damn bad as well.

I think you answered the question - while I definitely would have loved, you know, hair that moves and more than 2-3 styles that aren't all variations on tomboyish buzzcuts, if I had to pick between what we got and getting amazing hair but losing a chunk of game content as a result, I think I'd suffer the hair issue for now.
That being said, still think it shouldn't have been a case of "one or the other" and while I highly doubt they'd patch in new hair, I'd love to be wrong. Especially given some of the cool concepts that were made of Qunari females with some savage looking hair styles.

I'd skip the outfits if they'd allow a transmog style system where any gear appearance per armor class can be used when crafting. And yes, maybe add a few more item appearances in the game.
Also - adjust/fix loot scaling.

I'm holding off on playing female Qunari until I get longer hair options. I'd prefer an official source but those designs (Adela's) are just beautiful.
