The stuff which isn't big and epic but gets you into the heads of people:

For me?

I liked a lot of Dorian's stuff like how FREAKED OUT he is by Corypheus and ashamed. You're kind of "meh" about the whole thing but he's deeply disturbed because he's never once believed the Tevinter were responsible for the Blight and now he more or less has it confirmed for him that, "yes, you were."

 

It goes almost without passing because to everyone BUT a mage of Tevinter, Corypheus is just a stereotypical Magistar Dark Lord.

 

But to Dorian, it's like finding out one of his ancestors was Hitler.

And everyone knew it but him.

 

I also liked his half-hearted defense of slavery.

"It's just like something which exists. You have poverty, so you're just as bad."

 

And I'm like, "I've played Origins dude. I know the difference between slavery and poverty. Trust me, the elves in Denerim's alienage know too."

i really love the Wicked Grace scene.  Its the little things I appreciate like Varrics gesticulation and a lot of the facial expressions.

I would have to go with Cassandra's smutty literature. Everything about it was adorable and it is the first big reveal of there being a side of her that she keeps hidden away. Plus, I like smutty literature so bonding!

For me it has to be where the companions hang out in Skyhold. It strangely reflects their personalties, especially these four:

 

Vivienne: Second floor so she can look down on everyone, right in the middle of the hall and hard to reach. Lots of detours to get to her.

Varric: Right by the entrance next to the fire place.

Cole: Tavern attic, in a corner so he can listen without being seen.

Sera: A little nook in the tavern, easy to find but still out of the way. Easy to miss if you're not looking.

My favorite little moment is when you stumble across something pretty old/magical and he gets excited. It shows how intelligent (and nerdy about magic and history) he can really be.

Little things Cole does around Skyhold to make people happier/less sad - hiding daggers, burning turnips, etc. It's incredibly sweet and it's just so Cole

Cole's characterization is the best in the game. There's lots of detail involved in it. I like how he comments on certain things in the world when he's in your party, too. :3 He's a good kid.

You should hear him compliment you about your grace as a rogue...I mean I'm a straight guy and I went "daaaamn"...   (nope, not going to spoil it.)

 

Vivienne's effort to save Bastien was...it caught me off guard.

It's not a scene, it's just a dialogue option when you ask him if he likes the other companions, then he tells you that story.. But man, I wish it was a scene! I feel like Solas should have been at the Wicked Grace game.

Prbably what everyone said already -

 

1. Cassandra and her smutty literature. The smile she has when you give her the book... I thought she is uttrely adorable.

2. Learning from Blackwall he taught Solas Diamonback, which Solas mastered rather quickly and left him with nothing but a bucket to hide with XD It was mostly about Solas for me.

3. The things Cole has done through Skyhold, I've found myself wandering around just to mind more rumors, it added so much to his character. He is adorable.

4. The way Cullen ran in shame after the Wicked Grace game, and the look he gave the Inquisitor before it. Lovely.
