Dorian talking about how Alexius was a good man once.
Also, Sera saying "I'm angry at you right now. Angryface!" was just adorable.

When you ask Blackwall what he thinks of your companions and ask him about Solas.
You know, I've asked him so many times what he thought of my companions, and he never once mentioned Solas. He's said a lot about Vivienne and about Varric, and about Cassanra, and I will probably never forget hearing how Sera ate 12 potatoes, an entire roast duck, and 4 different tarts, but the Diamondback thing was new. Maybe it was because I was romancing him.

Iron Bull's possible love for sadomasochism is the best thus far.
A lot of my favorites have already been mentioned, so I'll skip to some new ones.
Dorian's ambient comments whilst patrolling around the Emerald Graves has been fun. Apparently, much like Varric, he's a city boy that does NOT like traipsing through the woods.
"This is the part where we get lost and starve to death, isn't it?"
And I just stop and turn and look at him (or, I wish I could, LOL). Because I'm a Dalish elf, so... yeah, Dorian, I think we'll be okay in the deep woods, buddy. ![]()
Also ran across a random side quest there where you could honor someone's last wish by scattering their ashes in a particular location. The place happens to be littered with giants and a high dragon, by the way, so it ends up being a pretty, uh, interesting feat to perform. But after I did so, Solas - ever in his quiet and gentle manner - says to me, "That was a kind thing you just did."
Those moments are just so nice.

Cole being Cole, the fact you have to actually wander around to find out what he did and why because he is too humble to just say why he did it.

And now, just to spite me, he's doing it *all the time*!
It's hysterical. On my Cadash run, he never mentioned Solas once. On my Trevalyan run, he never did until I clicked it about 900 times. Now he does it all the time, on every character I've got. Well, at least he's off the Vivienne kick he was on for the longest time. Random replies...
But you know what cracks me up? When characters lose their clothes at cards, they have to streak back to their quarters (and I don't care where the games are held, Cullen's tower and the stables are a looooong way from anywhere!), but when next you see them, they're in their usual outfits. Did the winner return their things the next day?
Corypheus' manner of cutting down the Inquisitor. I am not sure he lied about a thing he said when you meet him in Haven; the Inquisitor is a pretender fumbling around with something he/she can't even begin to understand. Then in the end he caught me off guard with his comments on blood writing and I laughed for a good minute.
When Cassandra shoves you out of disbelief when you starting with the poetry during her romance scene.
Also, Dorian constantly dropping his bravado and showing what a marshmallow he secretly is whenever he's taken off guard by something.
A heard a small conversation above the war table, performed by our most valued advisors after the events at Winter Palace (you remember Cullen constantly surrounded by "hungry" nobles? ).
Josephine: "I have requests for information on your lineage from a few interested parties at the winter palace"
Cullen: "Andraste preserve me. Feel free to use those requests as kindling."
Leliana: "No! I shall take them. I want to know who pines for our commander. We can use this to our advantage."
Cullen: "I am not bait!"
Leliana: "Hush. Just look pretty."
Yeah, Solas at Halamshiral was super-revealing. It was definitely seeing a whole other side of him.
Solas was so laid back.
Totally James Bonding it up.
All the elves wanted to be around him.
With good reason.
I really liked Mother Giselle. She gives a different perspective on the Chantry that is intriguing.
Also, I do like how as a Qunari, I get asked for my thoughts on the Qunari and the Qun. And how I could introduce myself to THE Iron Bull in a Qunari fashion. Those are some nice touches.
