Hi

 

I recently started replaying ME2 but this time decided to buy all the paid for DLC to add to the fun. Fortunately I only bought two items to start because all it did was add to the frustration. The first file I bought was "Kasumi - Stolen Memory" and no matter how many times I try it just downloads 265MB out of the total 990MB. 

 

So then I tried to download "Arrival" - the second file I purchased. It just keeps stalling 273MB out of the 880MB!

 

Is there a problem with the server? Are these files somehow broken? Why does it download fine to that point and then just stop?

 

And most importantly, is there some other way to get what I have paid for?

 

Please help... one the one hand I'd really like to play these games and on the other this is wasting a huge amount of my bandwidth (which I also pay for) to keep trying.

If you have limited bandwidth I would recommend getting a download program that lets you resume your download in case it fails.
