I want to start a new game with a different party setup and was wondering if I should mess with the World State again and if it is even worth it.

 

Are there even events that would change the game in a more profound way than just dialog? Only thing I would do right now is let my warden die in DAO so Morrigan doesn't have a child and I would drink from the well in DAI so i could do that new dragon fight and get the achievement for it.

Is there other stuff that would change the world in a more significant way, if I edit the World State?

The only other big choice significantly affecting the game I can think of is whether Alistair is king or Warden and whether Loghain is alive/dead.
