I've picked up 2 of the tokens in Crestwood. East side hills down by the water and Black Fens not far from the dragon and quarry. The one in the Flats I have zero luck with. Is this a random spawn or a fixed group that is somewhere I somehow haven't been? This has been a multi- hour search at this point.

Yeah that one at the shack isn't there. I never fought anyone in that area, or at least not after un-flooding old Crestwood. I've been pining about there for a long, long time.

I had some isseus with that one too. The mob that drops the token kept stealthing and never appearing again. Had to reload and burst him from afar.

He walks around the area, could be down the path from the house. In any case if you never killed him, leaving the area and coming back should be the easiest solution.

If you approached the flats before draining the lake the NPC spawns and drowns.
Valamar is your only option to get the Carta Assassin's token. Do save and reloads.
