We all know that there's a problem with the DLC right? Well no one at EA does, neither in live chat or on the phone. At least, I think so, it's hard to tell since I've been on hold (on a non-toll free number, classy move EA) for nearly 45 minutes now.

EA, I can't wait untill your company inevitably fails. Good luck with those sales figures.

EAs reps are not really on the ball. When Dragon Age came out I had a minor issue regestering the game on line. I called the support number and it took talking to three people before they even knew what game I was talking about.

Did you notice that the list of games in their phone menu includes Pogo, but not Mass Effect?

Sheesh.

duuuude it's a simple fix....if u link your gamertag to your ea account it will show up in your private terminal....dont speak mass effect to tech they dont care or know about dlc and it's pointless just make sure the gamertag is linked

yeah, but it's kind of hard when my bioware social network email is different than my ea account. That's what I need fixed.

I can say, with absolute certainty, that if you have a LOT of patience, and can get in a chat or phone session with the people at EA, and get your GT linked with your current EA account, then your problems will be solved.

Now if I could just get my ME1 import working, I'd be all set. Crying out loud, I've never had to work this hard to start an effing game.
