Why do i need pecs ?
I would assume to bench press and do chest flies? And move your arms.

Ultimately, gamers are a sub-set of the audience for the medium. They are the most passionate, the most vocal, and the biggest spenders, but they are just a subset of the audience. And, one has to self-identify as a gamer. If a 60 year old woman plays 2 hours of video games every single day on her commute to work and she considers herself a gamer, can I tell her that she's not? Is there a set checklist that one must go through in order to classify yourself as a gamer?
FWIW, this (almost) 60 year old woman would never call herself a gamer, despite having spent thousands of hours playing mostly RPGs on her PS3. It seems to me like if you're 1) under 30 and 2) male, you're automatically in the club if you play games at all. Failure to meet those criteria means any claim to membership in that 1337 group would be heavily scrutinized, if not outright rejected.
But I'll survive. Off to continue my first hardcore run of ME1 (only recently started playing it).

I don't think it really matters in the end, honestly, just saying, mobile gamers are obviously spending money, and even if they aren't hardcore gamers yet, it makes sense to go after them in marketing.
from a business standpoint sure, but I'm more apprehensive about it because that's how we end up with pay to win MP and streamlining of other game features

To offer some insight on why some might scrutenize you, based on how I have scrutenized people in the past (I don't really care anymore):FWIW, this (almost) 60 year old woman would never call herself a gamer, despite having spent thousands of hours playing mostly RPGs on her PS3. It seems to me like if you're 1) under 30 and 2) male, you're automatically in the club if you play games at all. Being a male gamer in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s meant that you were a nerd, a loser, a virgin, etc. As such, a lot of male gamers began to identify with that; trying to make the term their own. "Yeah, I'm going to stay up all night Friday eating Cheetos, drinking Mountain Dew, and playing Ocarina of Time while you go out to parties, what of it?!"
Whenever a married couple in their 40s would apply to my WoW raiding guild, I would instantly assume that they were probably not great players because they had lives. A gamer is some no-life loser, right? That's what everyone calls you, that's how you've started to think of yourself.
So these people with their happy marriage can't be gamers because they have lives. When they go out for dinner, you're playing games. When they host parties, you're playing games. You're thinking about games literally every free minute, whereas they're probably planning tropical vacations, taking care of their kids, and thinking about home improvements. They're just not losers enough to be gamers. It wouldn't be fair if they were. You had to be ostracized for liking games as much as you did, how could they have avoided that if they were gamers?
I don't know. There's this whole cycle of emotional abuse entire generations of nerds grew up with that people don't like to talk about. It's easier to just assume the worst of people.

I can relate - but didn't have that sort of group to identify with. I was called a geek in junior high, before there was anything to geek about. I was an adult before the very first gaming systems and PCs entered the market.
In any case, I'd much rather be "not a gamer" than hear some pimply-faced 12-year-old demand a bewb pic.

I'm so disappointed that Markk0082 isn't for real. I liked him so much better when I thought he was for real and not just a troll. Sad day.
