Wow Bethany is far lower than expected. She's among my favorites.

For me it would go:

2. Bethany
3. Cassandra
4. Isabela
5. Morrigan

7. Alistair (used to be higher but now that Cullen is here his story doesn't feel as unique)
8. Aveline
9. Zevran
10. Varric

Yes, liked my companions quite a bit more in DAO and DA2.

I don't have an ordered list. Loghain would be number one, he's my favorite dragon age character, period. Morrigan, Cassandra, Bull, Oghren, Sten, Isabela, Merrill, Blackwall, and Justice would all be fairly high on the list but not in any particular order.
