Dwarf-related content is very poor and scarce in DA:I....Even if Quzzie is Dwarf.

Ain't you sad about that as me, salroka?

No Stone, no proper Carta cutscenes, no Drarven companions and thus zero content which involves Dwarves.

Varric does not Count. He is Kirkwall/Hawke hugger. He is about Hawke and Kirkwall more than about some real Dwarven business.

Even Harding is surfacer, which can not be romanced, despite how cute she is.

The amount of Dwarven content is very veyr scarce, even if you go through all Varric and Dwarven Quizzie quests.

PS. Some people dislike Sigrun, but could we have her returning in some DLC?

Yes. Loved the Dwarven lore and culture from DA:O and the brief amount in DA:2. I was hoping we would see more than one city with this game. Alas, all we got was a small part of a city. Shame, the opportunity for developing all races, including Qunari was great but they've decided to go for Elven which is fine, but also, a shame.

The representation is kept underneath Thedas, except for the Carta and Surface influence. But there are many references made to the heritage and influence in DAI; do not need to see them to know they are there.

Well, surface dwarves are still "real" dwarves. That's like the Dalish saying they're the true elves, LOL.

But yes, could always use more dwarven content. I'd like a dwarven nobleman (or woman) as a companion one of these days. And more acknowledgment that the PC is in fact a dwarf would be seriously welcome.

Well, I knew beforehand that we weren't going to Orzammar, so I got over my disappointment before release.  Still, I was kind of hoping for something a bit more substantial... the quest in one of those deserts related to ancient surface dwarves and the codex entries found there were very interesting, but like most of the material in these games, they left me with too many unanswered questions.

Dwarves in general are the least supported race.  I really like playing dwarves, but I feel there is so little content for them (namely romances) relative to everybody else that I just find the experience shallow.

If dwarves were more supported, they would probably be my first choice race to play as.

Between the revelations about lyrium, the awakened darkspawn, getting to interact, however distantly, with Kal'Sharok, and the fact that something is happening in Orzamaar, I'm thinking we'll be heading there soon.  I'm hoping 4 will do for dwarves what Inquisition did for elves, and bring in Dagna as a companion and LI to go with it.

I think there's room for a dwarf, deep roads and darkspawn focused DLC. Maybe Kal-Sharok.

At the very least, they have to get some genlocks and darkspawn emissaries in there.

Yup.  As an aside, I think I remember reading that like 1-2% of players choose to play as a dwarf?  So it makes sense that they are the least supported race.  A lot of people will never even realize the content is missing.

Considering the nature of tevinter dwarves I highly expect that da4 would have more content for them

I don't want to be too whiny, because I mentally thank Bioware like literally every day that I can play as a dwarf again, and I want them to see that love from dwarf fans.

But I do wish there was more, yes, absolutely, and more from non Andrastrian dwarves.

I think it's a good bet, and it's about time we got some more focus on DA's dwarves. There's a lot of material there that would make for some awesome stories. It'd be pretty neat to visit an updated Orzammar again, and venture into the depths of the Deep Roads.

Dis. :(

Dwarves have a cool history and culture, but they don't get much. Limited romance options, none as LI's, less shout-out's in game, tis a shame.

I also think that one of the reasons that number is so low is because people expect dwarves to have little content or just silly content.  If they were more supported I bet that number would increase.

I think dwarf content would increase if we had a dwarf LI. Not necessarily an exclusive one, but I think it would spur some interest, and more interest generally means more content.

This , prettty much, LI would improve things alot - just look what Iron Bull presence and his personal quests done - there more firm presence of Qunari in DA:I than for dwarves, aside Vallamar, IB quest line is more of Qunari , than Varrics is, which is also not and LI.

Sigrun what with her?

Harding? I hope she will be LI some day

Dagna? Nice advisor if you ask me.

Luka? Why not to do some sequence with Deep Mushroom Soup? :D

Well, i really hope that next expansion / DLC will have to do something with Orzammar, Kal-Sharok and Carta, and dwarves in general.

Or some serious lyrium supply plot.

Would love if there was another dwarven companion in team, someone more traditional, who is from Orzammar. Could've been interesting if his views were confronted with Varric's. Both of them clashing, while developing some grudging respect for each other. Anyway, I agree that dwarf content was rather scarce and insignificant in this game. Humans and elves traditionally getting most of attention.

I want a full proper LI like Gorim. He'd be the Garrus of Dragon Age: Hot, but unconventionally so, supportive, emotional stable (for the most part), and a badass.

Really hoping for Dagna, myself.  Or Sigrun.  Or Harding.  Was hoping for Varric, but I'm afraid he'll wear out his welcome if he keeps showing up in games.

Dagna or Harding would be amazing too.

Two dwarf LI, both bisexual or gay. Nods firmly.

With individual specializations again.  Dagna's so unique, she deserves it.

I too, would want more Dwarf content. With Inquisition's focus on eleven lore and culture (not throughout, but it is given quite a bit of screen time) I am more hopeful that future installments may go further into the Dwarves.

Don't feel bad.  Pretty much everyone not an elf got screwed over for content in DA:I.
