I don't get what's so bad about Morrigan. She comes across much better in this game than in Origins.
Agreed. She's not stupid evil this time. That's always a plus.

Sera.
Blackwall's a runner up though.
Same here but the other way around.
I don't know why but Blackwall leaves me indifferent. I liked his tough attitude though. And then
Greatly annoyed me.
As for Sera I found her too random, not funny and way too narrow-minded. Especially in her personal quest
That's my opinion anyway ![]()

It divides to two parts,
I hate Vivienne's guts, she is a horrible person (something most would agree with me on). BUT, has excellent writing. I can't say she's my least favorite, but I can say she's the one I most hate.
However, least favorite character would be Blackwall. I've romanced him in the first playthrough and he is soooo dull. Plus, everything that happens through the playthrough

I guess I would have to say Blackwall, though I don't hate him with a passion. I just find him a tad uninteresting and his twist predictable. Vivienne is a character I can appreciate in a game for being well written and unique, but IRL if I was around her enough I would probably end up punching her in the face because of the snootiness. And then she would turn me into an icicle because she's still more badass than me.
Sera's manner of speech can be grating but paying actual attention to her, I actually agree with her on quite a few points. And I agree with the people saying that Morrigan has made a huge improvement, it seems she's grown up since the events of DAO and I was pleasantly surprised by her.

Cole, mainly because I feel he's a little pointless, playing through the Templar side made more sense for his character but he's very out of place.

Blackwall.
Most of the time I forgot he existed in the game at all.

I agree about Sera. She says many obnoxious and careless things. But she comes off as a kid who hasn't seen enough of the world to me so she's forgivable in that regard. Some say she's narrow-minded and I can see that but very much in the way many 20-somethings are (This kind of video game is the only kind of video game, this kind of punk rock is the only kind of punk rock etc and so on) and later grow out of. Sera's the brat of the bunch and that's really her biggest sin as I see it. But she's not on the same level of shady as Solas or Blackwall.

I didn't strongly dislike anyone but Blackwall would be my least fav. I romanced him in one play through (Knowing the spoilers beforehand) and I promptly lost interest in his character and my play through after the revelation. He just didn't click with me romantically at all and I think treats you pretty poorly for a love interest. Just...bleh

I'd say Blackwall. It's not that I dislike him. I just find him bland.

Poor Blackwall. I like all of the companions, but I have to say he's the least compelling. That character had a LOT of potential, but there's so little after his personal quest that it almost feels like his character growth is left half-done. I wonder if there's more character arc if you romanced him.
It also doesn't help that I worked out his plot twist miles in advance of actually getting it. He's an even worse liar than Solas, and that's saying something as Solas drops hints left and right.

Vivienne for me. I don't agree with her views on magic and mages, plus I hate her haughtiness and condescension to everyone.

Vivienne and Sera.
Sera is over the top crazy to the point that it's not even hilarious.
Vivienne is b*tch. If there was a slap option in the dialogue menu, I would click that in my Vivienne conversations until I fractured my fingers

Aw, Blackwall isn't doing so well.. I actually liked him a lot more than I thought I would.
It would have to be Sera, for me.
Talking to her gives me a headache

I never suspected Blackwall when I played through the game the first time, now that I'm playing again and I know who he really is, it makes the romance bitter because she doesn't have any idea that he isn't who he said he is. It's pretty sad.

Blackwall with Sera trotting close behind. At least Sera made me feel something for her, even if it is pity. Blackwall was just boring and I still can't get his companion quest to pop up.

Cole is the least interesting character for me with Sera as a runner-up. I could play through the game all the way through without Cole and not miss a thing. Blackwall has been a constant party member since I first recruited him, and while I felt really disappointed in him after the twist I still think his character arc is incredibly moving. Especially with the character banter afterwards, and everyone is hating on him and then... Solas apologizes and forgives him out of the blue. Good writing I say! ![]()
