which is better for legionnaire +10 constituition or 15% CD or +50 Stamina

in my opinion, with all the CDs that a legionnaire rotates through (counterstrike, walking fortress, war cry, payback strike|unbowed*) the 15% CD is best.  drops the counstrike to a 51s base and every hit during walking fortress reduces that 1s more.  and mixing in weapon swings hoping for crits to reduce them 1s more for each of those.

 

the first few levels before you get all the skills, the +stamina would be better, allowing for more shieldwall time as you build levels.

 

*generally I like payback strike over unbowed because I can use it for CC when I am waiting for any of the guard generators to come off cooldown.  and if I have the stamina I can use it for more crits.  but don't ever use your walking fortress stamina, meaning I payback strike only when near full stamina.

I would go with 15% CD as well.  As a tank, the sooner your abilities are available the better.
