Somebody fast like an archer (or in the rear ranks) the 20% cool down if haven't been hit? Combine that with a 20% cool down Magic jewelry and OMG!
An assassin the 3 guard on hit?
Thank you for your replies!

On my assassin, I like the 1% health back per hit from one of the Fade-Touched Snoufleur Skin variants. The guard on hit is also good. My current setup has the +1% to health on my armor and offhand weapon, and my main hand weapon has +3 to guard. I rarely need to use potions on my inquisitor.
I supposed that two weapons with +3 guard might be better, but I find that even a full guard bar gets knocked off my assassin in a single big hit from some enemies, so while it provides a lot of mitigation for trash mobs, it tends to be less useful against bosses/mini-bosses.

Masterworks with the same effect and amount dont stack, so your not getting anything from the second 1% health masterwork. However, masterworks that have the same effect but different tiers do stack, (eg, 3 guard per hit and 5 guard per hit stacks, but two 3 guard per hit dosent.)

I was always rolling with the hidden blades one on my assassin, but I think I'm going to get rid of it soon. It's probably a better choice for a bow user or a tempest, it doesn't trigger as much as I'd like it to. Though it's pretty nice when it does.
Thinking of going with the 30% damage when not hit thing, but it won't drop for me. Neither does the 20% variant for that matter.
The + guard on hit makes you pretty immortal, so that's cool for any melee.
The most awesome one for my class would probably be the halla one that supposedly makes you stealth when not attacking in combat. But apparently that description is wrong and it gives you fade cloak or stamina instead.
For weapons I'd likely go with the critical crafting on dragonbone. Though silverite is soo shiny and dragonbone so fugly :/

Fade touched obsidian. For mages it's great

I love the Hidden Blades passive so much that I put the five-hit upgrade on my armor and the four-hit upgrade on my sword for my two-hander warrior. Epic lulz, especially when they proc at the same time.

I did not know that. Time to pass that armor along and craft a new one!

Does the walking fortress one reset the clock every 3 seconds - like 1, 2, 3, check 10%, 1, 2, 3, check 10%?
I dont exactly understand your question, but i use it on my meleerogues in my rogueonly setup and it proccs pretty constant. I would guess it has 25-30% uptime.

No, the Golden Halla leather is not bugged (it is the Fade Touched Halla Leather that is), however it doesn't work so well because you need to stay still for a couple of seconds to enter stealth and as a DW rogue you are always moving.
If the stealth was immediate (or it triggered also while moving) then it would have been great.
