I guess this would have been originally possible if one did the Winter Palace mission first.

I was wondering whether Morrigan and Alistair would be all grown up about meeting each other now.

This makes me happy.

Was the last one Loghain?  It's a shame they cut that out.  Thanks for posting.

Might just be bugged. Gaider thought the scene was still in the game. Maybe it was cut since he last looked, though.

They're touching enough that I'd like to see them.

Edit : is that a cut content ? First time someone is talking about that meeting here on the forum I saw.

Also since we don't actually see a cut scene of the dialogs, it may confirm it's either bugged or cut.

I don't think this is cut content. I read a Bioware post implying that a scene between Alistair and Morrigan can occur if you have them in the castle at a certain time . . . from what I've read, it's hard to trigger because it's reliant on certain events occurring in a certain order.

EDIT: David Gaider -"Is that not in there? If you go and get Morrigan and then begin the plot with the Grey Wardens, there is a period where Alistair or Loghain is potentially at Skyhold at the same time as her -- and there is a scene between the two of them if you go and speak to Morrigan. Might only be if they were involved in the Dark Ritual, I don't actually recall, but I don't think so."

Do the Winter Palace first. Or maybe you find the warden first.

So they're saying to do the Ball and get Morrigan before meeting Alistair/Loghain? Is that even possible? o.O I need some 'splainin so I can get this to happen next time I play, if it's even true lol.

Uh, no, you can do Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts at the same time, but most go for the Grey Wardens first, I believe.

"I would have preferred to have consulted him. It did not have to end the way it did."

Once again, BW wants to have its cake and eat it too. In the first game Morrigan is all "its my child, I'm an independent woman and don't you dare try to follow me." and in this game "Wish my child had got to meet his father. (subtext: Stupid deadbeat dad.)"

EDIT: To some of the comments below mine, she said "would have" implying that she wanted him there at the time even though she said she didn't. If she meant now, she would have said something like "I didn't want him there then, but now I wish I hadn't said that" or "I wish I had been able to consult him. I did not have to end it that way."

Shocking that people can change in a period of more than ten years simply shocking. Surely you didn't think she wouldn't change after living in the real world so to speak with a child instead of the wilderness with only flemeth for company.

Yes because ten years and a son should not change her in any way at all.

It is possible, you just have to have more power to start Wicked Eyes so most people do Into The Abyss first.

I also did ball first in initiall playthru.

I'd been farming before advancing plot and had about 80 power. I didnt' realise the game is kind of geared towards you doing ball second (the companion convos make more sense if you do ball second).

I believe that is the Morrigan romanced but no Dar Ritual version.
