Velanna is the only companion I've ever all-around disliked. I debated for a while on Anders, as I appreciate that a character that can draw such an emotional reaction and has a tragic story, but I always found him to be fairly annoying and he also killed a bunch of people. I never really warmed to Zevran, don't know why, and had similar feelings towards Morrigan, but I loved her in DAI, so she didn't get the vote from me.

I'm voting for Sebastian and Blackwall. They were dull and boring - I mean at least Anders made something pretty funny at the end of DA2 lol, so I forgive him for all mistakes.

Seems to break down pretty darn equally, and Sera is atm the most "hated" one as people are here because of Inquisition.

I love all of the characters, but if I had to choose a least favorite, it would have to be Velanna. Solas is also an annoying know-it-all, but I like him in spite of it.

The only one I dislike out of all 3 casts (plus Awakening and other Origins DLCs) is Vivienne. She's so snobby.

Dislike, or more like don't care much? Well, I settled with Morrigan, don't know why people like her so much, sideboobs? Also Vivienne (guess arrogant mages don't click with me that much, and again sideboobs? What is that with me?).

 

Also Cole (almost everything about him annoys me, his voice, his face, his talking like an imbecile (yeah, he so cutsey naive ^^ *vomits*), and especially his hat!!This HAT, what is THAT!?). And Zevran + Oghren, one with his annoying accent and smooth talking all the time, the other being the obnoxious cousin of Gimli. And Justice and Velanna (does she have sideboobs btw...? Can't remember, but at least female arrogant mage once more).

 

And Carver, but he always dies anyway. Would have put Wynne in as well, but then I don't like dissing grandmas, and I mostly simply did not care about her that much.

 

The rest I am pretty much okay with.

 

Edit: Totally forgot Sten! Sten! How could I forget you and your exciting dialogues and explanations of the Qun! Sten! Oh boy how...not interesting I was in anything you spoke. I only rescue you from prison to use you as a pack-mule...but don't lose my swords...

Was never a huge fan of Wynne. Didn't like Aveline at all. Wasn't a huge fan of Fenris or Anders in DA2. Come DAI, I dislike Vivienne and Cole.

All the bioware games including ME and Anders is the only one I really dislike. Just UGH! And then he turns out to be this big mass murder, so I guess that was well designed on Bioware's part.

She assumes everyone that disagrees with her is just "stupid", insists that you trust her without any explanation, and will not stop talking about her sexual tastes. I get it. She's a lesbian. I'm fine with that. But can I go one trip through the forest with this girl without her complaining disdainfully about men and their "swords" or listening to her have a perverted daydream about Qunari women?

Wut? I'm 2 playthroughs in and if I didn't know Sera was a lesbian before playing the game I might not have known at all. To me it seemed like you'd have to flirt with her as a man or ask that one question about Iron Bull to get any hints at all, really.
