I tried searching the forum but for some reason me and the search don't work well together. Does anyone have a link to a list of all the romance options for males and females? I played a female the first time and had a nice girlfriend for her, I'm playing a male this time and I'm wanting a female but I'm not sure who all is available. Thanks.

That's it? See I knew those but I thought there had to be more. like the little scout chick, I get some options to flirt with her. I was hope Leliana, not sure if I spelled it right, but I like her the best.

That's a pretty long list as it is. 
And you're not the only one who wanted Leliana, but they said very early that she was not going to be available.

Also, Cullen only goes for humans and elves. (Only relevant if you're playing a woman again at some point in the future and want to go dwarf or qunari, but it's good to keep it in mind.)

Yeah it's a lot of names but when you look at everyone's preference you really only have like 2 options. Male seeking female I have 2 choices and since I already had Josie when I played a female so it looks like Cass is going get some loving this time around

Well, it was 2 options in Origins and DA2 as well. Just one for same sex couples in Origins.
Man seeking woman?: Morrigan/Leliana, Isabela/Merrill
Woman seeking man?: Alistair/Zevran, Fenris/Anders
Man seeking man? : Zevran, Anders/Fenris
Woman seeking woman?: Leliana, Isabela/Merill.
Everybody has at least two this time around. It's nice.

You can flirt with Harding and Vivienne, but that's pretty much it. You can have a relationship with Harding in a sense, but it immediately ends if you start a romance with one of your companions or advisers. It's not a romance per se, but it's still a relationship.

Yeah, the Harding thing is practically a romance unto itself. There's no cutscenes, only flirt prompts, but she asks you to meet her for drinks later. (Of course, "later" never actually happens...)

Yeah males don't have as many options, but let's not get into that. I think it's more than fine. Leliana was an LI in Origins if you haven't played, male or female warden. She's still recovering from that whole affair 10 years ago, sorry :-/ playing a male in my 2nd run and plan on romancing Dorian. As a female in my first playthrough, you get to know that he's a pretty dynamic character and has a nice little arc, even outside of daddy issues.

tbf, Cullen and Solas were added as additional LIs because the devs had additional time, hence why they're race-gated. Also, f!Trevelyan has 3 LIs and f!Lavellan has 4.
Before Cullen and Solas were added, there were 2 LIs for every gender/race combo since Cassandra, Josephine, IB, Blackwall, Dorian, and Sera aren't race-gated. People always seem to forget about this.

I forgot about Dagna, and now i feel bad about that. She would be an adorable romance, you could romance her as a mage and she would fan girl all over you asking about the fade, etc.

I'd prefer Lelianna and Morrigan, I know both were romanced in prior games but most people move on at some point
