I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. I scanned the recent topics and didn't see anything I thought might be related.
Because it'd been so long since I'd used my Origin account, I forgot the username and input the wrong one to my Xbox One profile. Now it's locked to that incorrect name, and I can't change it. Thus, I'm locked to the default World State, and I can't import my choices I've made on the Keep. Please help?
Well login in to the account you want on the pc origin client. Then go to add friends and connect your xbox live id
The easiest solution is to share your created world state to your other Origin account. There are some steps on how to do this here:

Once you've done that and exported, you can import into your game without issue
