This sucks. I know some who have done work on this game and they don't seem like anyone that would be fine with half-assing.

With big companies like Ubisoft it makes sense that you'll get a mixture of people that care and those who don't who are just in it for the paycheck. It's easy to generalize these companies as just being money grubbing and lazy, but it wouldn't surprise me to find out they actually have competent people genuinely trying to make a decent game. It sucks because even if just a few people slack and it causes issues it makes them all look bad.

Bought AC unity when it was release............ NEVER AGAIN!!! It was one mess after another! And JUST when I'm enjoying the game, it bends me over and **** me in the rear! I have learn that I if I ever buy a game from Ubi$soft again, it will be MONTHS after it was release. I should just stop buying games on release days/weeks..... Pity too. Had high hopes for Unity   (  It's a good thing DA:I didn't suffer like this   That **** was DA BOMB!! )

The best part is I decided to stop buying their games a few years ago so I have got to sit here and enjoy every second of all of this drama and rage.  It's been extremely funny.  I thought it couldn't get much better than Watchdogs....oh how I was wrong!  I can't wait till their next garbage game and the people that buy it!

For what it is worth, I enjoyed both Watchdogs and Assassin's Creed: Rogue.  I haven't tried The Crew or Far Cry 4, yet (they don't really interest me). Despite my dislike of the Far Cry series, I'd imagine that Far Cry 4 was probably well received and is enjoyed by many.

This is maddening. I'd be pretty pissed off if I bought a game and it didn't work, having to wait months for patches, patches for the patches, patches to patch the patches of the patches. 

I think I'm going to wait at least 9 months before buying a current-gen system, and I feel bad for the people who bought them already since there are nearly no games that work perfectly. 

 

I beg to differ, but I still have to say the same thing that has been said countless times.
