Back in good ol' days with "6 GB" we could install a decent game with all its expansions.

Pretty much all N64 games are less than 100 megabytes.

You're just daydreaming, positive thinking... suggesting your own mind how the game should be.

But the real game is overcome by bugs and glitches!

Lolno.

Unrelated to you: I wonder how many of the people who sit around complaining about this game have actually played it.

What about Far Cry 4?

Is it also a POS?

From what I heard it was a good game. It had a few graphical problems but not many. Just what I heard (I'll wait until it gets cheap to try it).

So the free game for the Season Pass holders is available now. I didn't want to open a new thread to ask, so I'm just asking here. What should I get? Far Cry 4 or Watch Dogs?

And for what it's worth, I'm on PC, started playing after Patch 3. Faced my share of bugs, one being particularly annoying but none were game-breaking.

Btw, is there any way to roll back on patches if necessary? Some people have been saying Patch 4 worsened their issues.

Face it. AC:U won't be cleansed of bugs and glitches. It's an epic fail.

True. BUT

Fact:  Ubisoft has provided more entertainment than almost any other developer this year and it has nothing to do with gameplay and all to do with what a terrible low rent dev they are that rushes every game they make because they know there are gamers that will throw money at them no matter what they do.

Have they?

Quality is better than quantity.

I'd rather go play Inquisition or Dark Souls 2 again than play the rehashed stuff that Ubisoft has churned out this year. I've yet to play one Ubisoft game, in recent years, that is so good and unique that it has inspired me to give it a second play-through. I could only play through AC2 once and that was probably the highest point for the series and even with that, I struggled to bother completing it because it just became so boring at one point.

As for the even more recent AC games (Black Flag, Rogue, Unity etc), the reviews and gameplay videos speak for themselves, there's no need to play the games to see if they're different.  Even though reviews are positively glowing again for these games (thanks to Mr.Sore Lips), the reviews all say how they play the same without much change to the formula (well asides from a few added mechanics which don't do much to change the fundamental mechanics of gameplay).

I was laughing my ass off as many people started saying Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor is more Assassin's Creed than Assassin's Creed. This is the game AC fans were calling a "rip-off" which is now considered by most to be the better game. It took mechanics from AC itself and executed them better. Ubisoft should be ashamed.

Far Cry 4 looks identical to Far Cry 3.

It's almost as if Ubisoft doesn't care about being original anymore. Just give a game a new setting, new characters and you've got a sequel, no need to change the gameplay or anything or build a new engine that isn't outdated and full of bugs. I mean isn't AC still using the same old animations from the very first game? XD Bethesda isn't even as bad as that. At least they build a new engine for each game...

Perhaps I didn't word my post correctly haha.  I didn't buy the games, I stopped buying their games years ago because they are garbage.  When I said "entertainment" I meant he forum rage and the rage on gaming sites of the constant and never ending issues on all the games they make and how they are unfinished garbage.  Being a spectator on all of that drama was almost as good as playing any game that even came out this year haha!

Watchdogs was amazing, obviously Unity 1 upped it....I can't wait to see whats in store next.

You know Boogie right?  He actually made a pretty good (positive) video on them this past year.

Boogie is a really nice guy, but the idea of him being tough makes me chortle.

But kvantity has a kvality on its own. If you punt out enough vidya gaems, you can smother the masses with them until they no longer know left from right, then say: "EA did it".

People should speak with their wallets. Making a YouTube video about it isn't going to change anything.
