Hello all, 

 

Im 125 hours into DA:I playing a lvl 22 warrior atm. I bought the standard edition of the game but see now that I can upgrade to the deluxe version as DLC for $10.

 

My question is. Will all the dlc deluxe edition gear be useless to my lvl 22 warrior? I really like the aesthetics of it but I'm currently using tier 3 superior battlemaster armor which to my disappointment looks exactly the same as the gear I got at like lvl 3. Does the flames of the inquisition gear scale with my level? Are the schematics? Can I craft a tier 3 version of that gear? or do i have to live with what I have? Just wanted to know before I drop the $10. The same questions applies to the deluxe edition weapons.

I'd say quite useless beyond the aesthetic value.  The DLC weapons and armors are quickly out-classed by even the "grey" craftable or pre-fab items in the same Tier (case in point, the Tier 3 one-handed Sword of the Dragon is on-par with a Tier 2 masterwork wave blade).
