So I compared a Top Tier Bianca (all rare tier 3 crafting) with a top tier crafted bow and here is the comparison

 

 

As you can see, even without a rune, the bow outclasses Bianca by a fair bit (mind you I did use a critical crafting component in the bow's masterwork slot). The other parts were surprisingly even, but the lack of a masterwork slot on Bianca cannot be overlooked. 

 

I love my dwarf, but I feel like Sera outclasses him in every way (better bow and better specialization).

 

The fix would be to slightly increase the DPS buff on Bianca arms and also give it a masterwork slot, but I mean it pretty low on the fix priority list for BioWare, just thought people be interested in the comparison.

I think they just need to give us T4 and T5 bianca upgrades. You can buy IV, V and VI upgrade parts but not schematics.

Given that the T3 Bianca schematics provide better stats than the IV, V, VI upgrade parts, I don't really see the need; IV, V, VI are just T3 Bianca schematics using different materials.

 

The OP's Bianca looks as if it was made with the T3 (enhanced) bianca schematics for arms and aiming, and the T3 masterwork Bianca hilt.

 

Yes, a crafted end-game bow outdamages a crafted end-game Bianca - but that is pretty irrelevant in the big scheme of things. There's no hard done by it being the case, as Bianca does more than enough damage as is. Of course, there's no harm done by it not being the case either.

Well, varric has a better specialization. Tempest is only good when played by the player and only great when using the focus bug.

You can use dragon bone for the top tier "arms" slot for Bianca and a t3 rune to get her dps as high as 186 but I can't see any way to get it higher than that. My best bow topped out around 217. With that said, Bianca has quite a bit of flexibility due to her stats all coming from mods so she can be tailored quite a bit to taste.
