Yeah I'm a bowgirl with the Tempest specialization. I had level 2 focus all ready but I screwed up and died in the flames so I only had 1 focus bar.

Anyways somehow that got the ferelden frostback to about half health. And somehow we were able to get him the rest of way.

My party was Cassandra, Vivienne, and Solas. Me and Cassandra were level 13 and the rest were level 12.

I didn't use tac cam. Good thing I had 12 health potions and used a couple regeneration potions. I had 2 health potions left somehow.

Well I guess I learned you don't need level 2 focus on the Hinterlands dragon.

The loot drop wasn't as big as I expected.

Yeah for the last third of the fight, I had zero health potions left and my tank had less than a quarter health. Talk about a clutch. I managed though, with a whole lot of tac cam use.

Oh how did you do that? Did your tank flank him or something?

Nah, I just kept his gaurd and barrier up.

Oh I didn't think of that since I don't micromanage my men.

Congrats, that's a tough fight.

 

I also killed him yesterday after about 4 failed attempts and making a few strategy adjustments. It was so satisfying that I even saved the video, haha.
