Two questions:
1. Where in the world is the vault? Pretty sure I've been all over Skyhold and have never found it, unless you can't access it until you complete certain questlines?
2. Does this guy only start showing up at a certain point in time (such as, after completing a certain quest or something)? I keep hearing my buddies talk about him and every time I return to Skyhold, I search every nook, cranny, and "possible known location" for this guy and STILL have never seen him. I'm at 120 hours, this is madness.
