The cleric who has a problem with you in haven & is the most vocal. (Often hangs out in front with Cullen) I wanna say the guy who played Odo (Rene Auberjonois) but I didn't see his name in the cast list @imdb?

Pretty sure its Christopher Godwin, who did the voice of Viscount Dumar in DA2. They sound almost exactly the same.

Saw a YT video, I agree it sounds similar, but the voice for Roderick seems to have more of an edeg in his voice than this guy.

My guess would be Godwin, as they sound very similar and he's listed as additional voices on the IMDB page for Inquisition.

 

Also, Scout Harding is apparently Liara.

Don't think it's Rene Auberjonois. Doesn't sound like him at all.

ETA: compare Roderick to Mr. house in FAllout New Vegas. Not the same guy.

Weirdly, in the conversation you can eavesdrop on after you wake up in Haven, I've always thought he sounds a bit like John Cleese. I seriously doubt it is and he doesn't sound as much like that in later conversations though. But I'd love to know as well. Also I'd like to know who Gwendolyne Christie voices.

I just rolled a qunari PC. Before that, all I thought was "huh, he sounds familiar" and then I heard him say "qunari" in his distinctive voice and I yelped out 'the Viscount!".

That's surprising to me, and awesome, because Scout Harding's voice is a lot different than Liara's. She did a really good job with it I think.

That is also my bet. Any difference is due to them being different characters.
