When I turned on the game, I was not asked for an email to log onto an EA account, the game simply logged me right on - I don't know if that means that I'm linked to this account or not, or whether my codes will work. Is there a way to check?

Also, I'm having the same problem everyone else is that my blood dragon armor and terminus armor are not showing up in Cerberus, but I had no problem in entering the wrong email. Is this just because they aren't up yet?

No its because its Cluster **** my friend, aparently if you played just a demo from EA in the recent years it made an EA account for you without your knowledge. So people are having problems with trying to get their Bioware Social to recognize their gamertag.



But it appears all Bioware is doing is spreading useless information. Probably going to have to call EA tech, been on hold for an hour right now.

Depends what region you are in.



The game isn't actually out until Wednesday 27th in the US and Friday 29th in the UK.



Wait until tomorrow when the game is actually live and then see what happens.

I didnt get a prompt either and everything works for me. I have cerberus network gamestop preorder and Blood dragon armor. Is this normal or what?

this happened to me... The game automatically logged me in with an email address that isn't even in existence anymore, and I used the code for my CURRENT email address on the bioware website. I'm still on hold with EA waiting to see if they can get something done for me,.

That means it's linked.  Use the In Game Cerberus activation (By Pressing Y) and away you go.

 do not do this. Go to ea.com FIRST and make sure you have the CORRECT email address linked to your gamertag. Mine signed in automatically, but it was an older email address that isn't even in existence anymore.

Erg. The hotmail account I used back in the early days of XBL and PS2 online isn't the one I signed up for the Bioware Social Network. I just discovered this now.



Is there ever a chance that we will be able to change or add emails to the BSN?



I really wish EA would update the ancient user system they've been using the past few years over at EA.com

EXACTLY... because i created by mistake a new ea-account in Bad-Company-2 demo...
When I first played mass-effect-2, it didn't ask me for anything... so I registered my cerberus-code with that. now cerberus is gone

I am still waiting ea-support to answer to me ( waiting for 2 days already )

I hope I won't be asked to pay for something I have already paid for.

You need to register the blood dragon armor using dragonage.
It will automatically transfer over to me2. As long as you are using the same EA account.

hi could some one tell me where i went wrong cus i dont no how to log on to ea on my xbox360 am totaly baffed as to how i get on to the cerberus network .... i entered the code online and wen i enter it on xbox it says its in use i dont know wat to do ..... help

im having troubles with the darn DrPepper promo items, and im getting so confused because it put my account settings to spanish
