Though the issue of who we accept as male and female is indeed social. Factually, it's those of the sex that can ovulate, and those of the sex that can fertilize.

I know your done so honestly I'm mostly doing this to yell at the screen I don't feel it'll actually accomplish anything.

But, yeah no one follows that. No one ever walks up to a woman who is post menopause and challenges her womanhood because they can no longer produce children, or a man who has lost his ability produce sperm's manhood. No one says to someone who was born sterile and says you're not really a man because you can't get people pregnant. No one walks up to a woman who was born with a Uterus and says you're no woman.

Sex is complicated, incredibly complicated, there is nothing valid in defining gender by sex, it clearly doesn't work. Fact of the matter is we live in the real world which includes intersex people, XX male syndrome (and vice versa), numerous other chromosomal disorders, women who can't process estrogen (I've not heard to the reverse in men), and of course, transpeople. To deny our gender is illogical because truthfully even outside of transpeople I can't come with a single universal criteria by which to measure sex.

I am done with it so I won't go into a long debate, but to clarify, I didn't mean those that can produce sperm to fertilize were men. Only that being of that sex means you are. I.E. a penis. Being born with one, that is. Speaking purely biologically.

People aren't as complicated as they think. A disorder means something is irregular. Doesn't somehow change what you are. What society accepts you as is completely up to them socially. Same as how adopted children aren't your blood and not your child, but they're still considered as such. It's that simple if you ask me.

Well what if (some people anyway) want to kiss each other exclusively? That's what they personally find most fulfilling and fun?

Look, I'm not a heterophobe. You do what you do, just don't go asking me to say I'm okay with it. It's unnatural.

I'm clearly not picking up on jokes fast enough in my current not quite sober state

No I read your spoiler in the first part where you said I'm kidding, so I was like oh she's kidding.

But then you said like not really in the spoiler and called it "gross," so I was curious whether you actually do find it "gross."

If you are just completely joking though ok whatever.

It's a joke, she was mocking how it's usually said on the other side of the situation to show how ridiculous it sounds.

Personally I think people should be able to screw whoever they went as long as its between consenting adults who are mentally sound. What is being "mentally sound" is another discussion entirely, but when it comes to gender I say you are who say you are. Whose going to know what you are gender better then you, right. If you say that your guy, then I'm going to call you a guy. If you say your gal, then I'm going to say your a gal.  Simple, easy and totally not awkward. Who can argue with that.

Didn't vote in the poll. I personally felt most of the options overlapped. My feelings: It's not my business what consenting adults in their right minds get up to with each other and I refuse to make it so. I'm glad BW has a consistent track record of including diversity(be it racial, sexual, religious, etc.) in their games without forcing the issue on the player.
