When playing DA: Origins, and DA2, I never had a single issue reading any of the in game text, but with Inquisition I can barely read anything. Ive set the gamma to 100% but it's done nothing to improve it, text is still blurry and difficult to read without squinting. Ive even tried changing the settings on my widescreen hdtv, but alas the problem remains. What do I do?

Gamma adjusts screen brightness which shouldn't effect things like font sharpness.  Check resolution first if you're on PC.  Is your HDTV above 720p?  I'm assuming you're playing from a console.  You may need to adjust how far you're sitting from the screen otherwise.  Not entirely sure of your setup.  If you're on a console the only thing you could adjust would be your screen,  not the game itself.

I'm not sure frankly if there are a whole lot of options.  Just some thoughts from a simple minded person  ;)
