I personaly find knight enchaner arguably THE best spec. in the game. Yeah you dont see 30k DMG numbers like you do with assassins mark or x2 2k dmg dragon rage crits but what you do gain is stupid tank and good dmg with really cool ways to avoid disables or huge bursts of dmg(like those fire mines the venatori mages like to plant).

There was this one time where i was on my dragon hunting spree and the last dragon i had to kill was that lvl23 dragon(dont rememebr her name) in that frost area where you have to build a bride to get to. there are 3 dragons in that area, 2 of them are on top of the coliseum looking things and the last one is in a cave. You either have to jump down to her or find an enterance to her lair.

(I was playing on hard, lvl22 mage, duh) So i got her to about 60% HP and then my whole party died and i only had 3 potions left so i was like "well **** it, lemme see if i can solo her" and i did. i kid you not but i never took any health dmg only barrier dmg, yeah it took me like 30min to kill her but still. I was surprised how insane this class spec. was.

Well here was my little story about this class and how amazing i personaly think it is. Like i said, arguably THE best spec. in the game. Good damage and INSANE tank.

Lemme know what your fav. spec is. :)

Dual Wield Tempest. Even without abusing focus, it's the most "kinetic" spec in the game. And the flasks actually alter gameplay instead of just giving you another damaging attack. Cycling between frost, lightening, and fire is so fun it should be illegal.

I found that my DW Rogue was a lot of fun on Normal.  And he was amazingly gimped, with the assassin spec, and AoE weapons.  Step into a group of enemies, swing a couple of times, and everything was dead.  Dragons went down fairly quick as well.  And I don't min/max stuff.

It'd be interesting to see what that build done correctly could do on Nightmare.  Build for Crit chance, take tempest instead of assassin, and go to town on groups.

Yeah, my DW Rogue is a beast. Currently level 21 on Hard, and with my Bloodied Wings dagger + Hidden Blades + Armor rune that gives 10% chance of 5 extra hidden blades hits, you can't see the damage numbers because there are so many of them at once. Try this setup with a dragon and you're successful. Especially the Bloodied Wings is a must when fighting dragons, that dagger is so insanely powerful with its AoE against dragons + its too-fast-for-you DPS output. It's a blast!

Champion and Tempest. Champion suits my style of combat, Inquisitor and Tempest in just plain OP

my dw tempest and no abuse of the focus glitch is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun. each flask opens itself to different situations. i originally thought frost of flask was lame and didn't get it for about 15 hours. then i realized how awesome popping that and freezing your opponents and quickly following with deathblow for the shatter combo is. stuff just melts. oh and throw in a 300 focus 1k cuts for a good finisher and your set.

Assassin Archer was the funnest playthrough I played. It was just pure, burst damage all the time without the headache of popping off different self-buffs all the time at the right time like with Tempest or the sheer tedium of every other spec.
