As the title says. Because I just had one of those moments, while at Adamant. While in Crestwood I ran into Jana, an elf who wants to join the wardens. I didnt really give it much thought, thought well if thats what she wants, she should go for it.
Just did Adamant and Clarell slices Janas throat for the ritual. I just sat there like... well, ****. This was basically my fault. I got so pissed off by that one outcome I banished the wardens, when I had originally been planning to save them.

Poor Jana :(

Also I didnt realize until now she could be an agent, I didnt have the right party for the option to appear.

Le sigh.

Has anyone else had an "Oh s***, that was totally my fault" moment?

Mine happened with the Hawke/Stroud choice.   I agonized over it for several minutes when it came up.   Keeping Stroud seemed like the more logical choice as the world needs Grey Wardens and he might help them rebuild eventually.   So in the end I picked Stroud, but when I then talked to Varric back at Skyhold...    I felt truly guilty..  I am so sorry Varric.

Nope. None of the decisions had the buildup necessary for me to care.

Not really.

I always ended up on top so didn't really matter.

Nope. I didn't even really care that much for the big choices to begin with.

Sending that elf to join the wardens was funny. It was my first play through and I was still gung ho wardens from origins. When I saw what went down at adamant i remembered that we were supposed to hate wardens now and origins was all a lie.

Poor Jana rip.

For a second I felt bad when I left the Chargers to die. But later I got my glorious alliance with the Qunari so I didn't care :D

Hawke vs Loghain.

After all Loghain has been through it seems a betrayal to leave him behind, but I liked my Hawke. I wouldnt have minded saving them both and loosing a companion

I would have liked this option.

I actually thought it gave Loghain the heroic death he deserved.

I still miss him though :(

No. A leader must be cold, careless, and shameless.

There wasn't enough choice for me to really feel that way. Also no being evil/ruthless.

Same. With Jana I didn't even know that would happen if she joined the Wardens, I asked Solas to convince her not to join, so. But good to know there are some actual consequences to your choices. I got Hawke and Stroud in the fade and while I like Stroud it wasn't that emotional for me to leave him behind. I don't know, I feel like this game didn't have any emotional impact on me, maybe I just have a cold heart, hmm.

I was actually pretty pleased with every choice I made.

Except maybe for not trusting Morrigan in "What Pride Had Wrought"

When my clan died because I thought Josie could explain things to the Marcher nobles, I felt awful.

I left Hawke in the Fade. It wasn't out of any affection for Stroud, I just thought about what my Hawke would do and knew it couldn't play out any other way. There was no chance she'd leave someone else behind to fight a giant spider demon! And then I got out of the portal and Varric asked 'where's Hawke?'

I have never felt as bad about anything I've done in any game as I felt about leaving her behind right then.

Agree with leaving the chargers to die. Felt bad bad bad. Was on my second playthrough so I was vested in Krem but I wanted to see how it played out
Edit, also making Cole more spirit less human. I was good until he went all Mr roboto. No emotion

Yes. When I left Hawke in the fade and I saw Varric crying. My Inquisitor hugged him but I wished I could go back.

When Leiliana cut that sisters throat and reminded me i'd encouraged her to be a ruthless killer when i objected. I knew that dialogue option was going to be something I'd regret later.

Your worried about betraying Loghain? That's ironic.

I felt bad leaving Stroud then I just kinda thought why should I feel sad? I just saved Hawke! Fenris would kill my inquisitor if I killed Hawke. I'd rather let my quizzy keep his/her heart inside his/her body.
