[Jellyfish Opera]

I'm sure a lot of us have made some amazing Inquisitors and would love to replay using them again, unfortunately that means some of us probably spent hours in the character creator making the perfect face which would be rather...hard...to recreate. It would be awesome if we got face codes like in Mass Effect

This was mentioned by BioWare (Mike Laidlaw on a Twitch) as something they would like to do later (no promises).

 

I can guarantee that bug/mechanics is getting attention ahead of this but I would not be surprised to see this 'at some point'.

 

The reason it wasn't at release is because the CC is much more complex than before, hence so would the code be.

 

In the meantime, I laboriously make a note of my CC Inquisitor (and Hawke) settings before proceeding with a play through so that I can easily recreate them.

I'd just take slider values at this point. There's actual numbers behind those axis-sliders, just show them. We don't need to be able to export/import. We'd be fine with manually doing everything.

Seconded. Sometimes you just don't want to take an hour to tweak your Inquisitor. It would be nice to have face codes so there could be something like masseffectfaces.com for Dragon Age so people could share their creations. I'm sure there will be a save editor at some point so we can import headmorphs.

OMG, yes. I've tried to remake my inquisitor 6 times for another playthrough with the same character and I haven't got it quite right yet.

We know we're getting a face changer for in-game based on dev tweets, but yes - why we lost the face codes after ME's excellent system is beyond me. I know there's something going on in Keep for our Inquisitors but it may not tie in to appearance recreation at all just yet.

Also, how many of you managed to recreate exactly your Hawk? I know i couldn't. The tattoo I used in DA2 wasn't there.
