I found a few low and medium level ones but wanted tp know if there are any lvl 19+ blue or purple versions?

There are no Qunari weapons.  Blackpowder cannons, explosives, horn-sharpeners...

 

There are Unique Two-handed weapons, for example: Sulevin Blade.  I think it's level 23 and is preposterously devastating.

I have seen Qunari Battleaxes and Bassrath Kata greatswords, but only at low/medium level

There are no weapons that can be exclusively wielded by the Katari.

 

I dont think there are high level weapons in MP made by the qunari, but not a guarantee. might be one or two common weapons.

i know there are no qunari specific weapons, what i want to know, and please read VERY carefully, are there any Qunari Battleaxes or Bassrath Kata greatswords that are level 19+ in rare or unique (blue or purple)????

There are no unique and decent leveled qunari made weapons.  No.

The Kata-Sar-Kis (name is probably butchered) is a pretty decent standard Maul, nothing notable on it save for a nice boost to range defense and doing about 279 damages when accompanied with a master rune.

But there are better options.

RNG was good enough to give me this blade.  It sooo kicks enemy ass...

 

Still waiting for the awesome bow and staff though.

funnily enough, about 5 minutes after my first post i got it too....would still rather have a lvl 23 Bassrath Kata sword for my Katari though, would look much better

i have a decent level 20 qunari sten blade (weapon and shield) but i think its common

Seiges End, is great. Hits like a truck but you get basically 2 shotted due to the 200% incoming dmg....
