Meet Lëlivën my second time playing the game so i'm not that far into it yet. But she is a Sassy but sweet dalish hunter

 

Lëlivën Lavellan - almost as "cute" as my own Danariel Mahariel from DA:O.

I'm probably not going to play with this character, but I wanted to try something different from my usual characters and went with a cute tomboy look. I was surpised at how adorable she was ingame (the animations and such).

I finally, finally got mine how I wanted and it only took days! Okay, I exaggerate, I only had a few minutes here and there to try, fail, delete save, try again etc. But still, it was worth it, I'm really happy with her. She looks incredibly young in pictures, but animates more maturely somehow.

 

But...I don't know how to post pictures? I haven't felt this dumb in a while. Help?

I attempted to create an elf I would usually never play with. Any thoughts on her?

 

This one looks like a witch in making. Face: in her late 40', large chin, overly narrow and flat nose bridge with a ball a top of it. Rouge on the cheeks, ugh, to be honest, this character looks like a harlots presented in the movies about 19th century London. Nightmare, truly.

Okay, so she looks incredibly young in the screenshots (I say screenshots, but they're phone pics of my TV haha), but she animates to look much more mature somehow. I'm a happy camper

In the first set of cut scenes, so the colours are really dark. Really liked it, but was curious how it would be in the normally-lit cut scenes...

So this is way late and after the fact and all but...this one reminds me a lot of Evangeline Lilly, the lady who played Tauriel in the Hobbit movies. The hair is different obviously, but every time I scroll through and see this, that's who I think of. I love it so much!

Thank you. I've tried recreating her a few times. I always get close, but never exact.. there is always something I nitpick and end up doing it again. Really wish I'd saved her sliders. All my tries, she was the best.. but I was still unhappy so I deleted her. 

Oh no! I just came back to mine today and feel kind of meh about her. She's coming across too young in some cut scenes and I'm not sure if it's the lighting or if I need to tweak her. But I'm worried of this same thing happening to me - try again and discover that this one was the best of the bunch but can't recreate it.

This is all that I could come up with.

Nothing great and it only looks worse once you're finally playing in the game.

This face only looks okay in cut scenes, that's it.

 

 

Once you're playing live in the game the head literally looks like an oversized rat monster honestly.

I got stuck between two looks for my Dalish. The eyes (violet and gold) and that vallaslin in dark grayed violet became standard. Though I have to wonder....what deity does that tattoo represent? I can find what others are, but that one has evaded me. Anyone know?

I really like the one on the right...I'm pretty sure that vallaslin is for Sylaise. It's a variation of the one I'm using for my elf.

After about 15-20 attempts this is my current dallen Lavellan. I'm not completly satisfied yet, but I think I found the right way to go.
