This is my second character. I had just applied the patch 2 hotfix so I was able to give her freckles and a scar.

After many do-overs i finally created an Elven female i'm very happy with. Her name is "Nessa" and she is a playful little Archer Elf ![]()
She is on her personal quest to conquer Sera's sweet heart
let's hope she makes it ![]()

I'm probably not going to play with this character, but I wanted to try something different from my usual characters and went with a cute tomboy look. I was surpised at how adorable she was ingame (the animations and such).
Even with the weird ingame pudge face
Hi
That is a very nice character. I had something very similar in mind but it didn't turn out as well. Would you like to add a screenshot from the side? I'd be very curious about how your char looks from various angles.
Enjoy the playthrough with your cutie ![]()
GAH! So I thought I was super thrilled with my Ashyla, after many, many attempts.
But, the cut scenes started to really, really bother me. I got frustrated, and just tried a total opposite look, and after like 10 min of being very "whatever, lets try this" about it, I came up with one I really like:
So I went from a Legolas looking one to a Arwen looking one, and really love her! She needs a bit of tweaking still but yeah.
However, in making the second one, I realized my biggest problem with the first one was I had lowered her eyes too much, so the cut scenes were really amplifying that mistake. NOW, I have to decide - do I tweak the original idea or go with the new one.
I try to go with my gut, but my gut just threw up its hands and said "I dunno."
Love that hair color mod! Here is greenish silver. Very "elfy":

If something is bothering you with the character, it's gonna keep bothering you. That is what happened in my experience anyways, I played a couple of hours and ended up restarting then because there was the constant niggling doubt. I say go back and change what's bothering you before it gets to late. Or maybe you'll grow to love it, I dunno either really.

I totally agree. I am on my third Elf now, just because, well, they have to look marvelous, or it just does not work.
Finally can share my elf, Revas. But it's bad quality because it's a cell phone snapshot- damn these xbox ones.

Spoiler
I stand by what I said before
I didn't notice her ears though and I have to say, I love them
It might be a weird thing to say but I find their shape unique and they really add to her cuteness!
I felt that the British female voice wasn't fitting for a Dalish Elf, so I went with the American. As usual, I test the voice in the character creator and I instantly felt that she needed to be older. She fits the voice very very well in game ![]()

Ok, I will go play an elf once more to finally try the Solas romance. I've created Dajan and I must say - I'm very happy with how she looks like. I think she is my most beautiful elven character so far.
Without any make-up

With make-up

And even in the worst facial moment of every player's character she still looks good! (quite
)

Will upload a picture of her from later game, where the light is better ![]()
Amiel, sometimes she seems so sweet and than not... I am not so sure about her yet.

my first attempt at making a 2 handed warrior elf. I've already finished the game with a human archer.

Well in general, elves > humans of course!
I mean feedback only on the looks of my elf ![]()

I like the coloring you chose, very striking. And if you're looking for feedback... personally, I'd probably move at least the nose tip out a bit more. I'd also make the cheeks a bit more rounded (the part under the cheekbones), since they look pretty gaunt from many angles. Depending on how she looked after filling out her cheeks, I might also play around with widening the jaw a bit. I might also move her eyes a little further back in her head (move them deeper, basically), and make them a bit closer together. Perhaps also move the mouth up a little bit, then the chin up to compensate.

Wide cheekbones, narrow-portruding jaw and eyes on the sides makes her look like a praying mantis mixed with a witch. Overly narrow nose bridge reminds me of a botched plastic job. Space between tip of the nose and upper lip is so big thatI think she may aspire to a gavel in the SoA, that is she it reminds me of a Ron Perlman. Puffed lips don't help, but she is dalish, maybe she likes to eat hornets alive?

Just when I thought the forums were starting to be a real pleasant place with real nice people.
Yeah, it's usually better to stick to the Solas thread.

Never gonna happen.
Sorry.

If you have a lot of screenshots, please put it in a spoiler next time! My computer doesn't like to load a lot of images at once xD
As for the feedback:
I think you did a good job, I really like her slim face, it doesn't look awkward at all. And her nose is really well done as well, good job!
However I think I would have spaced a little less her eyes and I think the colour of the tattoo (or the tatoo itself, I'm not sure) could have been better. Let me explain:
Since it's a bright colour, it catches the eye and divert the attention from your elf's eyes, which is a shame since she has very pretty eyes. I would have opted for a much darker colour or a contrary one such a purple (still dark however). Or perhaps it is the tattoo itself which gives this impression.
But I guess that's a personal taste
Overall, she's really pretty!
I think an Elf can be fierce and cute?
