I keep staring at the second screen you posted and at how pretty and realistic your Lavellan looks like.
Thanks! I did work hard on making her look like she did belong, lore wise and by personal choice. And now you've made me ditch a 90 hour playthrough with a human to play around with her 
To be fair, I used the DAI concept art for elves that I found on the wiki since the designs seem to have changed considerably since DA2.

Of course, now that I'm 10 hrs into the game, as an archer, I'm finding the combat a breeze, so I'm bumping it up to hard. I've been told since then, that archer is the best way to get through as hard or nightmare to get the achievement.
So...I'm thinking of restarting...again....what are the odds I can get her right again without all the agony? *LOL*

It took me a while to notice what you meant - the eyelashes? Barely noticeable 
I accidentally did the same on my first playthrough but since the character was light-haired and had enough eyeliner on, missing some mascara was forgivable
I have always played DA as human. This time I started to create a character and felt the urge to create an elf. Just a quick playthrough I said, going to focuse more on human-playthtough I said.. Well, I really sarted to like the elf and I have a feeling she will be my canon inquisitor.

She looks too young for Solas (was originally going to romance Sera) but I like how she turned off and I'm not going through the CC again like I did for M!Lavellan.

So after what must be 4 hours of comparing and counter comparing screenshots, I've done it. I've mastered the CC enough to satisfy me. Reduced my girl's Botox cheekbones from my last post. Now I can happily go traipse around the Hinterlands. Thoughts?

Really? I always thought the dual blades were the way to go. That's my favorite so far. I'm on hard now and going with an archer just for the fun of it. We'll see.

Thanks! I worked a bit on making her face longer, as counterproductive as that sounds - make the chin a bit longer, bring down the mouth and nose, eyes up, and slightly accentuate the cheekbones.

Hmm, thanks for the tips! I'll try to keep that in mind in my next playtrough.
My mage inquisitor Cerys, she looks fine for the most part except occasionally her teeth seem to clip through the edges of her mouth, oh well I still like her :c

I believe so. You can generally tell by the ears. I used the same for mine. IMO, that face shape is the best proportioned .

Did you make sure the eyelashes were black? I've had this happen if you don't make them the blackest black in CC.

Thanks so much! Makes me happy that my efforts in the CC bore fruit and people like her! I could scrounge up some more screenshots if there's any interest as I've finally reached Skyhold with her
