It took me forever to create an elf with proper proportions so she didn't look deformed in certain cut scenes. I just kept rolling and re-rolling. It was always "her forehead's too big," "her eyes are too small," "her cheekbones are too puffy," "her face is too long for her body," etc.
Finally got a PC character who looks good enough to fit in with the other unique characters. Her features rarely become deformed or exaggerated in cut scenes, so I'm happy. The only issue I have is that the lighting creates some REALLY noticeable differences in her eyeshadow.
