Playing a game for 150 hours and asking for refund after that really sounds wrong, but sometimes you only realise that the game is bad when you finish it. I see no reason to go agressive here

And I thought I my opinion of the game was harsh! Hard to argue with your reasons, though. I would have graded it overall a little higher, 6.5/10. However, if I had to do it over again, I would not have purchased it, until sometime next summer when we can buy it for half price, and it will hopefully the bugs will be patched. But too many of the problems are game design problems, not just mechanical. The golden goose is on life support, since Bioware has chosen to abandon the formula of their past CRPGs to cater to the action gamers on console.
Agreed. If I could do it over, I would not have pre-ordered the "Deluxe" edition. I would've waited until at least the first DLC was out - they bought it.
One thing this experience has taught.. this IS the last game I will ever pre-order. After DAI and Civ: Beyond Earth (don't get me started on that mess) I'm done with pre-orders. I just cancelled my Witcher 3 pre-order. I'll wait until it hits and read the reactions of the fans. And screw the press.. they got DAI and Civ: BE completely wrong.

cater to the action gamers on console.
This is starting to seriously affect PC games negatively - we're seeing a decline in game quality as a result more and more; Inquisition is no different.
The first time I experienced it was in Diablo 3, after having played 1 and 2 and thought the world of them. Inquisition bridged the gap from DA2 to DA3 much better this round, but the bridge from DA1 to DA3 is still a mile, in almost every aspect.
It's funny - the industry claims to have come so far in recent years, and yet the quality of the combat, characters, and story flow were all absolutely incredible in Origins. Yet, Inquisition dropped the ball on all of these in favor of game-controller combat, graphic environment improvments, and an open world.

I would say the industry has declined in recent years - all the effort goes into these new engines and consol dumb-downs that seems to limit dev time on what matters:
