Interesting. Just played with a blatant cheater. I joined his game that was already in progress. I was greeted with a full bar of Guard. Then I see him warping around and gibbing everything in Perilous. Perilous mobs were doing 1 damage to me and I was doing 1 damage to them. Funny thing was that he still bothered breaking jars to loot the gold.
Next ban wave?

I too just had a similiar experience. I didn't know what the hell was going on. It makes me wonder tho.. why? Why would anyone cheat in this game, what is there to cheat for? I don't get it.

Yep its getting pretty bad, make a level 1 hack full never ending guard and instant kill entire groups with 1 button, promote all characters= profit gold

I actually agree that blatant cheating really does need to be addressed, though to reduce the effect of cheating to leaderboard e-peen is a pretty blatant strawman. How much fun do you think other players have when one person has 100% crit and near-infinite health/damage from promotions that they haven't at all worked to attain?
That said, I agree there're higher priorities right now. The game flat-out isn't working for a disturbingly large # of people and that has to take precedence over pretty much everything. For now.

Do you honestly think that because you have a feeling that you are entitled to behave however you wish? That is how children act and I doubt anyone here is a child. You care about the integrity of the game you say? Well, I care about the integrity of a forum community that as of late, has been rampant with emotional overreaction.
Your passive aggressive insults aren't needed or warranted either.
I like how you post mocking the OP, then next post start complaining about the negative attitude in the forum and the fact that somebody insulted you.

Agreed. However, honest players can do their part too. Install the free version of fraps. When you drop into a cheaters game, record the 30 free seconds that fraps will record for you. Make sure you show who was the host "lobby leader". PM a community manager and press on.
This game wasn't that cheap and getting banded starts to add up and will eventually get costly. Plus, for those who care, if evidence of one of the leader board people are hacks; I would have to assume (dangerous word) that if they get banned, their name will get dropped form the board.
Peace Out & Game On! Fawlcon

I wasn't mocking him.

Are these cheaters on PC?
Or are consoles vulnerable too?

I would believe that most of this is about PC. XBOX, PS4 have other ways to deal with hacks and cheats as they make it easy to report them via their system. Origin does have the ability, but unlike XBOX (don't know PS4), they list the last people you played with to make it easy to report cheaters ect.. without getting the name wrong... My 2 Cents--Game On! Fawlkon
