Really terrible design decision. If you want to play as a Necromancer, either don't bring Dorian or you'll have to spec Dorian without Walking Bomb or Spirit Mark.
Tested on a Gurn mob. If Walking Bomb is applied to a mob with Walking Bomb already on it, you only do the initial impact damage and then can detonate the Walking Bomb that the other Necromancer applied.
This means that if you fight a dragon or single target boss, one of the Necromancers' skills are wasted. It's just dumb. Guess I'll just spec Dorian into Spirit+ Lightning while I go Necro Fire.
