I was doing a quest in the Exalted Plains, and then my game froze so I restarted my console (I play on PS3).
When I start the game back up again, it had deleted my most recent save file and had reset my gameplay settings.
Luckily, it's not hard to change back the settings and I had a backup save file that was not too far back from my save file that was deleted.
I hope you can fix this issue in another patch, BioWare!
