My PC meets the minimum requirements. I can play BF3 and BF4 on this PC, but when I play DA:I, my FPS is like 1 and CPU usage is at 100%.
The lag is so bad that I can't even change the options because it takes like a minute to click on something.

Wrong sub-forum, but your PC meets the minimum PC requirements, you can run BF 3 and 4 on your PC, doesn't really tell me much. Could you please post your full system specifications and in-game graphics settings, e.g CPU type pluss MHz, RAM amount, video card type etc.
