Can you find staffs that do spirit damage ? I only have fire ice and lighting. I know you can add spirit runes to weapons and staffs but are there weapons that deal spirit damage ?

No.

 

You'll have to get used to the handicap of having to clutter your inventory with staves of each type when fighting dragons and whatnot.
