Same problem, entered the Cerberus code from the collectors edition card on this site while logged in game it says code in use. There is no file to DL just the armor and blood dragon armor files which were different coded from Cerberus. So I can't start the game until you guys fix this mess. Or I could take the game back to the store and get another copy and a new code, so I can have a second chance to enter it right. That sounds like the quicker solution.

when did u entered the codes? it looks like it can take the system up to 24hrs to prepare the files. when was the last time u checked?

Within the last 3 hours. Installed the game and while it was installing did all the online stuff, like it said to do.

Why are 360 users supposed to enter their codes on the site? I entered my Cerberus code just now when I was prompted to in-game, and it worked fine.

i entered my cerebus code on the 360 with no problems. I then went to the site to redeem the collector'scode and the Gamestop preorder code and now i can't download the items on my 360. It shows on the Mass Effect site that they were redeemed but when I go to Shepard's private terminal, I don't see anything but the Blood dragon armor.

I entered the code I got from Gamestop, and it activated something called "Normandy Crash Site", but no Cerberus Network. Weird...

I redeemed my thourgh the game when I started. Just curisous is that the reason I can't get the Zeed download?
