Sera is on my list where I just don't really give any sh*ts about , I find her very annoying. (never liked her type of character , childish hyperactive female role...sorta like Tank Girl that's a good example lol)
Second would be Vivienne , first time I spoke to her back at the base (Vivienne Disapproved , Vivienne Disapproved , Vivienne Disapproved---I mean holy crap woman come on! lol her character to me is a bit boring)
Which Party member did you just not care for?

There is none of them I don't care about at all.
Also, the way you describe Sera you don't actually don't care for her, you care deeply, just not in a positive way.

I love Sera.
Blackwall. I probably would say Viv too, but I like her voice too much, so she's okay.

Sera grew on me. I simply tolerate Viv.

Sera grew on me once I got her friendship convo, and all the little quirks clicked into place. I was like... 'OOOH. She needs a hug!'
Vivienne, on the otherhand, nothing really clicked into place for me at all. Even after her personal quests, I just don't like her. I think she's a grade A *****. Even when I agreed (or went neutral) with her, she disapproved of me... what the hell, woman, make up your mind! I won't be recruiting her on my current play through. /shrug

I don't care for most of the companions, actually. The only companions that I could say that I truly like are Cassandra, Solas, and Varric. The rest I find to be either annoying (Sera), boring (Blackwall), too weird (Cole and Iron Bull), or tolerable at best (Dorian and Vivienne).

I cared for just about everyone.

Vivienne and Cole were the ones I actively dislike. Sera and Solas, I'm more neutral with. Everyone else, I liked.

Solas. He's the only one that I literally don't have strong feelings about.
I liked everyone else, although I would say I didn't feel particularly close to them besides Dorian and Cassandra.

Well, I like all of them, but my bottom-three as of now would be:
3.) Blackwall. Just not up to par with the rest of the cast. Kind of a failure.
2.) Iron Bull. Nothing wrong with his character (except it's kind of stupid to recruit him at all), I just keep seeing FPJ at the recording studio any and every time he speaks. Immersion issues.
1.) Dorian. After Alistair, Anders (in Awakening), and Sarcastic!Hawke, the novelty of that same style funnyman has just worn thin to me. 'Got old before Dorian even stepped foot into my party.

Probably Cole . . I don't even care enough to find reasons to dislike him. He's meh.

If this thread is about indifference rather than dislike or hatred, then for me it would be Blackwall. Just don't like, dislike, or really feel much about him at all.

I did not care at all for Sera and Solas. At least the former had some funny moments though. Solas just seemed to disapprove of almost everything I did. I kind of wanted to punch him towards the end of the game.

Sera, Cole, Varric, Vivienne. The first three for gameplay reasons, but I like their banter. Vivienne just because I prefer Dorian and Solas' banter and enjoy their company more unfortunately, so she barely gets used, besides for a few dragons.

Sera, and unfortunately Blackwall even though I romanced him on my first playthrough.

As much as the whole cast grew on me in my 162 hour playthrough, Vivienne felt... not necessarily under-developed, but like she didn't get much time in the spotlight. Also we had some very conflicting views on things but that's fine.
I brought Cole with me only once then quickly went back to camp and switched him out because he didn't fit my party setup very well as the only melee rogue (I thought of respeccing him but his specialization would be useless for an archer so I kept to Sera and Varric) but otherwise I like him a lot. And everyone else.

Same. I actually forgot blackwall existed during my playthrough which led to me never even seeing his later story missions which are supposedly the most interesting. It's just like you have 8 extremely interesting companions packed together in skyhold, and then you have blackwall hanging out in the barn alone...easy to forget about him.
I will say however his banter is 1000x more interesting than his actual dialogue.

I think they could've cut so many characters in this game. I felt so little connection to Dorian, Iron Bull (despite romancing him LOL), Blackwall, and Sera. Solas felt very part of the main quest, as did Cassandra, Cullen, and Leliana. Josephine was blah. (Oh, I should edit my previous response to add Josephine; I literally stopped talking to her at one point, just so boring lol) Vivienne felt tangentially related to the story, so she can stay
She also has a magnificent VA. So does Dorian, but it's not enough for me to save him. Hmm, who else. Cole. Now I love Cole from Asunder, but... must admit, he also has zip to do with the story. He might as well... disappear (hurr hurr xD). Varric is Varric, so. I guess he can stay ![]()

Why?
Guess he hasn't watched the godfather 2, well, neither did I, but thats where wikiquote says it originates. Kind of a shocker to me since its such a famous and valid quote.
Anyway, yeah, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. You know hes a spy, so you welcome him in. That way you can keep an eye on him. I doubt the Quanari are just gonna give up when bull says they didn't let him join the club. I'd bet money that their plan B is much less attractive then bull.
I don't like vivienne. She's Wayne 2.0, except bald. Ok, maybe I'm shallow, but the bald head ruined her character to me. It makes her look punk, or rebellious rather then prestgious. I can't take her seriously because of that. I don't see her adding any unique culture like she should be doing on top of that.
I also don't like cassandra. I love a commanding independant woman, and cassandra has her good moments, but a zealot is a zeolot. The slightest change in the wind and she could have been the games main antagonist.
Fortunately, Josepphine is also very independant and powerful. I'd argue josephine is the single most important character in the game. Everything everyone takes for granted is held together by her tongue. So sexy. Best female character in the series.

I'm going to have to say Varric. I just do not connect with him at all.
