If it's indifference, it's between Iron Bull and Cassandra. Iron Bull was basically a "Qun for dummies" character and little else, and Cassandra's tough/soft personality duality wasn't really compelling or interesting to me. That's not to say I hate them or anything, but they're just there for me. Vivienne is also pretty close, but she has her moments.

Blackwall. I don't dislike him. He's just nowhere near as interesting as the others.
He's a lot like Sebastian - rather pretty, super hot accent, REALLY DULL. It's a bummer. Some of his banter shows a bit more personality but I had the banter bug ![]()
To be honest, the banter bug kinda killed any connection I had to a few of the companions. I always felt like Cassandra, Varric and Solas were my bros, because they chatted a lot in the Hinterlands. After that I was lucky if I got one new banter each time I went to a new area.

First, I have to say -- all of the characters were just, excellently written -- so, I am not criticizing them, no. Personally, I expect not to like certain characters as it makes choosing which ones to bring on all the adventures MUCH simpler. I've come to the realization that there are certain characters that I'm just 'drawn' to, just like how we're drawn to certain people; others not so much -- so with that being said...
Sera and Vivienne were my least favorite. Sera, just sped through all her conversations, and wish I could have slapped Vivienne right across the face. I honestly thought I'd adore Sera -- till I heard her talk/move her face. It's a lot like reality, actually -- liking a person/character in theory, haha. As for Viv, that condescending way she uses 'dear', just makes me want to.... URRRRRRRGH. DLC with execute option for Viv, please.
I didn't use Varric at all, not for dislike but because I already played with him last game -- so, boring. My boyfriend was surprised to see Varric again -- he asked me this: "Why is Varric in this one again, doesn't he have a family to go home to or something? He should probably do that. Go home Varric." -- I guffawed.

I'd have to say....Cole. He just creeps me out. Not taking him out, not talking to him if i dont have to <.< Though it's a hard choice when Vivienne is also around. NEVER taking her out either.

As for Blackwall, I don't mind him, but ... Meh. Maybe nine companions plus three advisors was a couple too many. I'd much rather all of Sara and Blackwall' s dialog budget had been split up among the other companions. I don't think I could ever hear enough from Solas or Cole or Varrick (or Cassandra or Cullen or Dorian or Bull).

I'm unlikely to ever use Blackwall, Sera or Iron Bull. None of them do much for me and whilst I recruited them I ended up neglecting them for most of the game.

Solas. All other characters have something that make them entertaining at least some of the time. Solas is just... Bland.

Blackwall. He's so boring.
Sera I can least hate and Vivienne grew on me but Blackwall is as interesting as a piece of cardboard.

Cole, just don't see the point of the character. A spirit in human form? It makes no sense. He doesn't look like a well designed character either. He has stupid hair.
Solas - He is rather dull in reality, he only got interesting because of spoilers.
Iron Bull - I actually didn't like his character as a Qunari. I think after Sten and the Qunari in DA2 had a different outlook and more stale personalities, I think Iron Bull (not only being fat.
) but had too much personality.

Sera and Blackwall. I don't think I've taking either of them out more than a couple times each.
But I simply adore Cassandra, Vivienne and Dorian.

I don't know, I have some measure of affection for all of them... I think the one I actually brought with me the least was Vivienne, because I played Knight Enchanter myself the first time through. I'll have to bring her along more often this playthrough, though. I enjoy listening to her snipe at the rest of the party. ![]()

Iron Bull- I think my expectations for him were to high, so when I actually got him and started to use him, I was disappointed and I was super disappointed in his romances, so I benched him.
Blackwall- I am pretty meh about him, but he is the best tank in the game, so I keep dragging him around with me.

In terms of 'I don't care for this character at all,' hands down it's Sera. I think this is a serious flaw of her writing - her personal narrative feels like it rewards her for having a black and white view of the world and rebukes the player if they want to try and convince her that there's even a single shade of grey, or point out her own hypocrisy. It's like her narrative SHIELDS her from changing, and the strength I've always found in BioWare characters is the changes they go through over any given game. I love the pieces that make her up, but the picture assembled in her writing... I just find it to be a very unpleasant one that I really don't want to interact with.
Though Blackwall's a close runner up in that, as a character, he feels like he doesn't fit with Inquisition. Like, I think he's better suited for a different game, something else. I never use him, since Cassandra and Iron Bull are more than enough for me in terms of warriors.
Neither of them see much in the way of use from me, and I'm seriously tempted to skip them in future playthroughs, because I don't feel they bring anything to the table in terms of plot or character relevance.

I 'Meh' Blackwall.
For a little while I adventured with him. He and Varric had funny conversations with Varric prodding him for background. He combared him to Sebastien. But I preffered Sebastien in Dragon Age 2, he was less depressing and negative than Blackwall.
I guess he just seems to fatalistic and Game of thrown; 'Night's Watch-y' to me.

Vivienne. She only cared for herself, the moment you show compassion or such, her ******-o-meter goes to 9,000. She's a hoe for sleeping with a married guy. Also, she failed the "Magic is to serve man, not rule over him." when she freezes the Marquis or w/e he was. She froze his to be controlling, yet says mages who try controlling need put down.

Cassandra and Josephine. It's not that I hate them; their VA's are good, they have some decent/funny lines, and they have their quirks. I just really could not care less about them. It's probably the first time I've ever met a Bioware character and just thought 'meh'.
I'm honestly confused about it, and don't really know why it is that I don't particularly care for them
Edit: Iron Bull is also a 'meh' at this point, but I played a two-handed reaver my first playthrough, so in my next one I'll probably actually have him in my party and will be able to make a more fair assessment.
Of the characters I have strong feelings for, Blackwall and Leliana are probably at the top of my list. The changes that these two go through (In Leliana's case, over the course of 3 games) are just outstanding, and I feel Sheryl Chee (who I believe wrote both of them) deserves a huge amount of credit. She did a fantastic job with them in every sense.

Well, I did dislike Sera, but the further I progressed into the game I actually began liking her. She is not that bad.
So, probably none? I honestly like all of them.
