... Well, bugger me. That's uncanny!
OMG... Don't tell me they had already planned ALL THIS since the making of DA2???
Wow. That's... kinda awesome.
Multipost fail.

This might be just a coincidence.
But if it's not... hot damn. Dat planning.
Albeit I did see someone point out that the altar where we brought Flemeth back in DA2 was the Altar of Mythal. hmmm...
Ah now I see and have no idea how to interpret this. Well done Bioware.

Pretty sure its no accident. The devs did say that Inquisition was what they wanted to do all along.
Nice catch!
So elves, or Solas himself made the statue that started it all? Hmm... Didn't Cory say something about dwarven slaves to Hawke? Solas/Fen 'Harel/ Dumat? I wonder?

I do have the impression that Dragon Age's story was planned far in advance. Especially from DA2 onwards.
Which is really great, because one of the big problems with Mass Effect was that it was kinda obvious the writers were making stuff up as they went along (the ammo retrofit in ME2, Cerberus's moral rollercoaster, the surprise Crucible, the **** ending). Dragon Age has a bigger problem of visual consistency, however.
Oh....****. Good catch! I mean, it's obvious now that there were a lot of breadcrumbs in DA2, but I didn't see that one.
After combing these forums today, my poor brain is going to explode (as if it weren't close already). And, barring any DLC, I only have to wait 3-5 more years for the next set of answers, right? LOL

But... what does it mean?!

That red lyrium the dwarves and the old elf gods are going to play a much bigger role in the next game.
