Fury of the Veil has a 2% chance to cast Veilstrike on Hit but it is not enabled even though I have a grip, blade, and rune installed. All other stats have a orange box the Veilstrike has a grey box? How to I enable it?
Also, so does it have a chance to cast when I am hit or when I hit someone?
I dont think the orange box matters. My fury of the veil procs anyway.
And its a 2% chance when you strike an enemy.
Fury of the Veil has a 2% chance to cast veilstrike from normal attacks as far as I know. All proc effects are listed as grey - so yes it works. I assure you. It happens rarely but you'll notice.
Will this proc also weaken targets if I have a point in "Punching Down?"
Worked fine for me. 2% isn't a whole lot. A nice little synergy with on-hit procs is Arcane Barrage, that's 9 hits you can proc it on. Nice.
