Appearently it can't find the last thing it attempted to put on my computer. Which is weird, because it calls it an external installer and I didn't get any message that it was even trying to install. I'm re-installing right now because it said to, but is there any way to get this appearently all-important component without relying on the installer to come through?

Use "explore" to see the files on the disc (I'm assuming you have a disc, not downloading?). There's a folder called Software, and in it is the Physx installer app. Double click, and off she goes. Worked great for me.

Now it's complaining that something else is already installing. I have no idea what it is talking about, as it is the only active installation program. The physx installer, that is.
